Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on this site. For a project request, that is the project ZIP code, project type, property type, timeframe, project description, and your first name, last name, phone number and email address. For a general contact message, that is your name, email address and message.

Our servers may also record standard technical information such as the time of a submission. We do not ask for or store payment information, government identification numbers, or account passwords.

• To contact you about the request you submitted
• To operate, secure and improve this website

How information is shared

When you submit a project request, you agree that WellDrillingQuote.com and/or independent service providers may contact you regarding that request. If an appropriate provider is available for your area and project type, the information in your request may be shared with that provider so they can contact you.

Independent providers are separate businesses and handle the information they receive under their own practices and policies. We may also share information with service vendors that help us operate the site, or where required by law.

We do not sell information to unrelated third parties for their own advertising.

Retention and security

Submissions are stored in a secured database and retained for as long as needed to operate the referral service and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or request access to or deletion of the information you submitted, by emailing quotes@welldrillingquote.com. If a provider has already received your request, you may also need to contact that provider directly. Where an applicable law gives you additional rights, we will honor them.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the technical storage needed to serve pages and remember your progress in the request form. If web analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
