How WellDrillingQuote.com Works
The process is intentionally short. You describe the property and what you're trying to accomplish, and we handle the work of matching that request to independent providers that may serve your area.
1. Tell us about your project
The request form asks for the project ZIP code, the general type of well project, the property type, your timeframe, a short description, and your contact information. There are no technical questions. If you aren't sure how to categorize the project, choose “Not sure” and describe the situation in your own words.
2. We review your request
The information you provide is used to identify independent providers that may serve your area and the type of project you described. Requests that fall outside what any available provider handles may not be matched.
3. You may be contacted by an independent provider
If an appropriate provider is available, your request may be shared with them so they can contact you directly about the project. From that point, the conversation about scope, requirements, scheduling and pricing is between you and that provider.
What WellDrillingQuote.com does not do
WellDrillingQuote.com is a referral and information service. We do not drill wells, install pumps, repair wells, perform inspections, test water, handle permitting, or provide engineering or geological services. We also do not set prices or guarantee that a provider will be available or will contact you.
Service providers are independent businesses responsible for evaluating projects, determining requirements, providing pricing, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and performing their own work.
What information is helpful to have ready
- The ZIP code where the work would take place
- Whether the property already has a well
- What the water would be used for
- Whether the property is occupied, under construction, or vacant
- Any deadline you are working toward

Before You Request a Quote
None of this is required. It simply makes the first conversation with an independent provider shorter and more useful.
- Know the property, not the plumbing
- The ZIP code, the property type, and what the water needs to serve are enough to start. Depth, casing and pump details are the provider's job, not yours.
- Describe what you've noticed
- If an existing well is involved, plain observations — less water than before, pressure that drops, a well nobody has used in years — are more useful than a guess at the cause.
- Say what your timing actually is
- "Researching" is a legitimate answer. So is a closing date or a framing schedule. Providers plan differently depending on which one it is.
- Expect scope to be discussed, not assumed
- Two providers can quote the same property differently because they include different work. Knowing that in advance makes the conversation easier.
